Job Function: Finance (incl. Accounting, Controlling) Your Tasks Act as Finance Business Partner for Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams across CAMEX.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of marketing and commercial investments.
Analyze brand and commercial performance, providing insights to support decision-making.
Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate promotions, pricing initiatives, and innovation projects.
Drive transparency and optimization of marketing spend to maximize business performance.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Controlling, Marketing Controlling, or Sales Controlling.
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner supporting commercial or marketing teams.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end closing processes.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
SAP experience is required; Power BI is a plus.
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
