We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented IT Analyst to join our team in León, Guanajuato. In this role, you will maintain the seamless operation of our technological infrastructure, providing handson and remote technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and acting as a key liaison with our US IT team.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support Provide enduser technical assistance and troubleshooting via phone, email, and in person.
System Maintenance Diagnose, install, configure, and upgrade software applications, operating systems, and computer networks.
Issue Escalation Resolve daytoday IT issues and escalate complex technical problems to appropriate support teams.
CrossBorder Collaboration Serve as the primary technical liaison between the US IT team and Mexico users.
Inventory Asset Management Maintain inventory control and monitor computing equipment, printers, and telephone lines across all EGC Mexico sites.
User Training Educate endusers on how to effectively use software tools and IT applications.
Vendor Coordination Interact with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and replacements.
Quality Compliance Comply with and enforce company Quality Management, Environmental, and Health Safety standards.
Requirements Qualifications
Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Minimum 1 year of handson experience in technical support, software hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, and ERP system environments.
Language Skills Intermediate to Advanced English written and spoken is required for daily collaboration with US teams.
Technical Skills
oProficiency in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP software.
oTechnical knowledge of networks, server troubleshooting, hardware, and OS deployment.
