Job Description
As a DRAM Product Engineer (Intern) at Micron, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic team dedicated to tackling complex challenges head-on. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure Micron's products make it to market seamlessly. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our manufacturing teams to optimize test flows, ensuring both yield and quality are maximized. As a Product Engineer, you will act as a crucial liaison between Technology Development, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination across these key areas.
Analyze silicon data, perform failure analysis, and drive root cause identification and corrective actions to improve yield and quality performance.
Develop and maintain yield tracking systems (paretos), identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize actions to meet performance targets.




Coordinate multi-functionally with Product, Test, QA, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on product objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
Deliver technical presentations, analyze trends and experimental data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product and process performance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsBasic understanding of DRAM architecture and operationGood understanding of digital circuit conceptsKnowledge of CMOS transistor operationExperience with a programing language such as Python/C++/CFamiliarity with Linux/UNIXGood verbal communication skills (English)Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleaguesPreferred QualificationsExperience with semiconductor manufacturing, yield analysis, or product engineering concepts.

EducationMinimum of junior status in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree program.
