To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Business Partner located in Mx GuadalajaraReporting to the Director, Site HR, the HR Business Partner role involves:Cooperates with other top management on establishing GBS HR quality policies, operating procedures and goals.




Evaluates contents of reports from product assurance GBS HR department heads and confers with top management personnel preparatory to formulating fiscal budget for services assurance program.
In charge of general projects assurance to establish, delineate and review program organizational policies, to coordinate departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
Interact with HRBP to support them in preparing data and analytics related to headcount, cost and benefit analysis and different data to show current trends.
Deliver transactions through HR Shared Services and shall have a good exposure to Analytics and Data presentation.
