Validation Engineer – Process Validation & Windchill

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Validation Engineer with strong experience in process validation within the medical device industry and hands-on knowledge of Windchill. Candidates who already have Windchill access are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute process validation protocols, including IQ/OQ/PQ, and prepare completion reports.
- Use Windchill to manage validation documentation and support change control activities.
- Conduct pre-validation experiments and apply DOE and statistical analysis to evaluate processes.
- Support calibration and preventive maintenance documentation while ensuring GMP and GDP compliance.

Qualifications:

- Engineering degree.
- 4–5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong experience in process validation and Windchill; existing system access preferred.
- Strong DOE, statistics, and Lean skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, and project management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
