Validation Engineer III – Automation & Equipment

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Validation Engineer III focused on automated equipment validation in medical device manufacturing, with particular emphasis on Installation Qualification (IQ). The adecuado candidate has experience with PLC programming, vision systems, and equipment troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute equipment IQ/OQ protocols and prepare validation reports.
- Troubleshoot automated equipment, PLC controls, and vision systems.
- Support pre-validation testing and create calibration and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Qualifications:

- Engineering degree, preferably in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and/or 3–4 years in the medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience with equipment validation, especially IQ.
- Knowledge of Keyence/Cognex vision systems, Mitsubishi automation systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate English for reading, writing, and conversation.
