ABOUT US

Everglow Clean is a residential cleaning company serving Sarasota, Florida. Most of our customers are homeowners aged 40+ who want a reliable, professional team they can trust in their home. We're growing, and we need a confident closer to turn inbound leads into recurring clients.

THE ROLE

You'll be the voice of Everglow Clean on the phone. Your job is simple: reach every lead fast, follow up relentlessly, and close recurring cleaning plans.

- Call every new lead within 5 minutes of it coming in

- Follow up with open leads multiple times per day until they book or say no

- Work our existing pipeline of past leads to re-engage them

- Present our recurring plans and handle objections, especially on price

- Log every call and outcome in our lead tracker

- Submit recorded calls for weekly quality review and apply the feedback

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Close 12–15% or more of Facebook leads, with a focus on recurring plans

- Every new lead contacted within 5 minutes

- A clean, up-to-date tracker every day

YOU MUST HAVE

- Native or near-native English with a confident, clear phone presence

- At least 1 year of phone sales or appointment-setting experience (closing preferred)

- Comfort speaking with older US homeowners and holding control of a conversation

- A quiet workspace,



reliable internet, and a headset

- Availability during US Eastern business hours

HOURS AND GROWTH

The role starts at 2–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Hours grow toward full-time as your closes and the company grow. Your results drive your hours.

PAY

Base plus commission on every client you close. Commission is paid per recurring client, and 10% on one-time cleans. Full details are discussed at interview. The role starts with a short paid trial.
