What We’re Looking For:
✅ Advanced Excel skills (required)
✅ English proficiency (required) / Strong English communication skills.
✅ Experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Eagerness to learn and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Accounting or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
