LPI Home Buyers is a U.S.-based real estate investment company that buys and sells residential properties nationwide. We're looking for a Remote Dispositions Manager to connect properties with qualified buyers, negotiate favorable terms, and help drive transactions to closing.

This is not an entry-level position. We want someone with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, dispositions, or a related field who has proven closing skills and can take ownership of the sales process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage properties through the dispositions process, from marketing to closing
- Develop relationships with cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals
- Identify and qualify potential buyers for available properties
- Market property opportunities and generate competitive offers
- Present offers and negotiate pricing, counteroffers, and deal terms
- Handle buyer objections, retrades, and challenges that may delay a closing
- Follow up consistently to keep interested buyers engaged
- Maintain accurate buyer information, deal updates, and CRM records
- Coordinate with acquisitions and transaction teams to support smooth closings
- Track pipeline activity and work toward monthly closing and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, dispositions, or a related field
- Proven closing experience
- Familiarity with real estate investors, cash buyers, and property transactions
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills




- Excellent English communication skills
- Confidence handling sales calls and building buyer relationships
- Good organization, follow-up, and CRM management skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on results
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Available to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Pay

- $1,000 USD monthly base salary
- $100 per closed deal (under $75K monthly closed revenue)
- Tiered commission based on revenue closed above $75K, ranging from 1%–2%
