Job Objective
Serve as the operational "control tower" responsible for end-to-end production lifecycle control across all global suppliers. Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Capacity Control: Govern the global production calendar, align factory capacities, and manage the complete PO lifecycle from release through completion.
- Pre-Production & Material Readiness: Validate raw materials, trims, packaging, BOMs, and tech packs prior to production release to prevent delays.
- Tracking & Exception Management: Monitor daily WIP and factory milestones, identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and enforce corrective action plans with overseas suppliers.
- Quality Coordination & Logistics Handoff: Coordinate inspection timing with QC teams, audit packing lists, carton counts, and export documentation, and manage the Logistics Coordinator for zero-surprise outbound execution.
- KPIs & Business Reviews: Own operational metrics (OTIF production, lead-time adherence, exception rates, documentation accuracy) and prepare monthly executive business reviews.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in production control, manufacturing, or supply chain within the apparel or consumer goods industry.
- Systems: Strong ERP proficiency (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
