We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing operation in Querétaro.

The primary responsibility of this position is to source, interview, and recruit high-performing Sales Closers for a U.S.-based client.

We are looking for someone who understands that recruiting for sales is not simply about filling positions. You must be able to recognize candidates who have the communication skills, confidence, professionalism, competitiveness, and sales ability necessary to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

Advanced English is REQUIRED for this position.

Responsibilities

- Recruit qualified candidates for Sales Closer positions.
- Source candidates through OCC Mundial, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates with strong sales backgrounds.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Conduct interviews in English and Spanish.
- Evaluate candidates based on sales experience, communication skills, confidence, professionalism, and ability to close.
- Identify candidates capable of successfully working with the U.S. market.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate start dates and onboarding.
- Maintain an organized and updated recruiting pipeline.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals.
- Communicate directly with management regarding staffing needs and candidate quality.

Requirements

- Advanced English – REQUIRED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
- Experience recruiting Sales Closers, sales representatives,



call center agents, or other performance-driven sales positions is highly preferred.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to recognize sales talent and strong communication skills.
- Experience using recruiting platforms and online job boards.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Results-oriented and comfortable working toward recruiting targets.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously.
- Must be available to work 100% on-site in Querétaro, Qro.

Compensation & Engagement:
$300 USD per week, paid weekly.
This position is structured as an Independent Contractor / Professional Services engagement supporting a U.S.-based client.
Important: This is not a Mexican payroll employee position and does not include Mexican employee benefits (prestaciones) such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, aguinaldo, vacation premium, or other benefits associated with traditional Mexican employment.
The terms and conditions of the independent contractor arrangement will be clearly explained during the interview process.
