One of our key clients an international company in iGaming sector is currently seeking a Vip Manager to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of VIP clients: retaining, developing and increasing their deposit activityReactivating inactive players - timely contact, identifying the reasons behind missing deposits and bringing the client back into playWorking with high-value clients: building long-term partnership relations and an individual approach to eachIdentifying client needs and creating personalized offers based on their interestsProactive outreach and cross-selling: presenting product advantages, novelties and bonuses tailored to each clientHandling objections and retaining the client at every stageAchieving targets for deposits, Retention Rate and Reactivation RateTimely and accurate reportingQualifications:Languages: Advanced English and SpanishExperience in sales (direct, active or cross-sell)
