We are hiring Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives for a moving company. Customer service and inside sales are the same role here. Representatives handle customer inquiries about moving requests that come in through the website, phone, email, and chat, and do entry-level sales.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), remote contractor position. The target start date is around the first of the year (Q******). Clear English and a good personality are the most important requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, and chat messages
Do entry-level sales with customers
