The role
Write and maintain automated tests for the critical flows.
Test agents against real cases before every change.
Review deployments and stop them when needed.
Follow every incident to its cause and its test.
Your first 90 days
Day 30
You learn the critical flows and write their first tests.
Day 60
You own the tests for a whole module.
Day 90
No deployment ships without your review.

You have written automated tests on a real project.
You find the case nobody tested.
You write reports that can be reproduced.
You code enough to automate.

Experience with product in production.
