Job Description Manage efficiently the storage, distribution, and redistribution of IT equipment, components, and accessories. Ensure the correct reception, registration, maintenance, and distribution of goods, complying with established quality standards and times.
Inventory Management
- Control of spare parts inventory and computer equipment and peripherals.
- Reception and distribution of backup equipment.
- Recording of entries and exits in the warehouse system.
- Support to the technical support area in the delivery of spare parts.
- Physical organization of the warehouse and labeling of components.
Asset Management
- Execution of equipment registrations, cancellations, and changes.
- Inventory update.
- Validation of serial numbers and assigned assets.
- Management of liability letters.
- Collection of delivery and withdrawal evidence.
Activities are carried out within client facilities (Guadalajara area and nearby locations).
Profile
Technical Knowledge
Mandatory
- Windows 11.
- Microsoft 365.
- Active Directory.
- Management of hardware and spare parts inventories.
- Control of backup equipment for on-site support.
- Use of warehouse management systems (ERP, Excel).
- Basic knowledge of computer components (power supplies, disks, memories, peripherals).
- Teamwork with support technicians.
- Responsibility and organization.
- 3 to 5 years in inventories and/or asset management.
- Experience in computer equipment and peripherals.
- Experience in branches or retail.
Education
- Systems and/or Industrial Engineering.
- Computer Science.
- Telecommunications.
- Related career.
Additional Information
Must be available to start the workday at the assigned location and be able to travel within the metropolitan area and even to nearby locations. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with availability for extended shifts and Sundays and holidays.
