Outlier in LatAm invites you to join a remote QA coder program where your software expertise helps train AI models that generate, debug, and evaluate code. You’ll work on real production-style tasks with adaptable hours and international teammates.
As a QA Coder, you review AI-generated code, rate responses on accuracy and instruction following, and craft clear computer science prompts to push model capabilities. Prior coding experience and English fluency are essential.
