We’re seeking an Account Quality Management to coordinate quality-related issues for server products and support customers throughout the resolution process. The role works with customers and internal teams to manage RMAs, DOA cases, product failures, and warranty tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a point of contact for customers on product quality issues and service cases.

- Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, from case initiation through replacement or repair and closure.

- Coordinate Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.

- Track product failures, analyze case trends, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, service, and sales teams on corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate records of quality cases, resolutions, and customer communications.

- Monitor warranty status and support warranty claims and related customer inquiries.

- Prepare reports on RMA, DOA, failure, and warranty metrics.

- Communicate case status, findings, and next steps clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, business, or supply chain management.

- Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of RMA, DOA, failure-management, and warranty-tracking processes.

- Experience in or familiarity with the server sector.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer-service skills.

- Ability to coordinate multiple cases and work effectively across teams.
