About the Role

Our client is seeking an adept and detail-oriented Remote Cleaning Services Logistics Coordinator. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize logistics plans for cleaning operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and personnel.
- Coordinate daily work assignments and schedules for cleaning crews, taking into account client needs, site requirements, and travel time.
- Manage the inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring timely delivery to operational sites.
- Act as a primary liaison between field operations, client services, and management, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
- Monitor operational performance, analyze data on efficiency and costs, and identify opportunities for improvement and resource optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues that arise in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, inventory levels, delivery logs, and operational expenses using company-provided software.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in logistical planning and execution.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures for logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations coordination, preferably in the cleaning services or facility management sector.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote capacity, with a proven ability to manage tasks and collaborate effectively online.
- Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and general office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- High degree of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
