About the Job We need a Social Media Recruiter to manage our social channels and recruitment outreach in English and Spanish. This is a long-term, permanent role and we are hiring now, with an immediate start. Every applicant hears back within 24–48 hours.

Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts and engage with audiences.
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking workers and applicants in English and Spanish.
- Respond to applicant and worker inquiries promptly.




- Assist with recruitment outreach and day-to-day communication.

Required
- 2+ years of recent recruiting, talent acquisition, HR or candidate sourcing experience
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Social media recruiting or sourcing experience
- Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with Spanish-speaking outreach to workers and applicants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $113.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
