Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Role Summary

- As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will architect, build, and scale automated testing solutions for Flutter
- applications across iOS, Android, and Web platforms for our client engagement. You will lead the technical transition
- from an underperforming legacy vendor team, refactoring fragile test code and constructing a robust continuous
- testing framework. Your mission is to drive shift-left testing, maximize automated coverage, minimize regression cycle
- times, and prevent defects from reaching production.
- Seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience,



including 3+ years in mobile and web automation. Must have strong hands-on expertise in Flutter, Dart, iOS, Android, and Web testing using Flutter Test, Integration Test, Patrol, or Appium.
- Key skills include API automation (REST/GraphQL), CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Cloud Build), Firebase Test Lab, Playwright/Selenium, and automation framework development.
- Experience in vendor transition, test suite refactoring, and reducing flaky tests is highly preferred.
- Work Location: 100% Onsite, Guadalajara, Mexico (5 days/week).
