About the Role

Our client, a prominent organization focused on workforce development, is seeking a motivated Especialista en Desarrollo de Habilidades Laborales to join their team in Zapopan, Jalisco . This role is critical in designing and delivering training programs that equip individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in the current job market. You will work closely with local businesses to understand their needs and tailor training curricula accordingly. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs focused on in-demand vocational and soft skills.
- Conduct needs assessments with employers and job seekers to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to diverse groups of participants, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Provide individual career counseling and coaching to assist participants in their job search efforts.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and skill assessments.




- Collaborate with local businesses and employment agencies to create pathways to employment for participants.
- Track participant progress and employment outcomes.
- Stay current with labor market trends and emerging industry skill requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant data.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training, adult education, career counseling, or workforce development.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions for adults.
- Strong understanding of the local job market and employer needs in the Jalisco region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing training curriculum and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
