About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Director(a) de Recursos Humanos Estratégicos to lead their Human Resources function in Acapulco, Guerrero, MX . This is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overarching business objectives. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of all facets of Human Resources, including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to drive organizational change and employee engagement in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's mission and goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning processes.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain key talent.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach to conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, culture building, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.




- Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop strategic plans to meet them.
- Manage the HR budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Expertise in all core HR functions, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor law.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Ability to operate effectively in a demanding, on-site environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable.
- Commitment to residing in or commuting to Acapulco, Guerrero, MX.
