Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment required for various tourist activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards for all logistical operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for any logistical disruptions or guest issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute new tours and experiences.
- Prepare reports on logistical activities, costs,



and efficiency metrics.
- Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including guests, staff, and partners.

Requirements

- Proven experience in logistics coordination, operations management, or event planning, preferably within the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the tourism landscape in Cancún, Quintana Roo .
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and any reservation or logistics management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English highly desirable.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the tourism industry.
- A degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
