About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Especialista en Generación de Leads to join their vibrant marketing team in Zapopan, Jalisco . This role is critical for identifying and attracting potential customers, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, lead scoring, CRM systems, and various lead generation channels. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies across various marketing channels (digital advertising, content marketing, email, social media, events, etc.).
- Optimize landing pages and forms to maximize conversion rates.
- Implement and manage lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Manage and nurture leads through marketing automation workflows.
- Analyze lead generation campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Conduct A/B testing on different lead generation tactics and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends and best practices.
- Manage the budget for lead generation campaigns effectively.Report on lead generation metrics and ROI to marketing and sales leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or a related marketing role.
- Proven track record of successfully generating qualified leads.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in lead generation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the market dynamics in Zapopan, Jalisco .
