SSIS Development & Data Integration
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes.
- Create and optimize data integration workflows between multiple source and target systems.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement automated data loading, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Data Validation & Data Quality
- Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
- Analyze data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Create validation frameworks and exception reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across reporting environments.
Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for SQL Server databases, ETL processes, and reporting systems.
- Monitor daily ETL jobs and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support deployment activities and post-production validation.
