Turn is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Engineer to own the full-funnel demand engine and convert traffic into qualified demos and pipeline. You’ll operate across ads, CRM, analytics, and page builders to ship changes, measure impact, and optimize the demo path.
You’ll run paid acquisition, CRO, marketing operations, and outbound campaigns, using a modern stack (HubSpot, Amplemarket, RB2B, Intercom, Zapier, Calendly) and rigorous analytics to improve CAC and pipeline quality.
