Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring a smooth flow of data among suppliers, systems, and internal teams.

How you’ll make an impact:

- Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents
- Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials
- Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangements
- Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders
- Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers
- Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from the purchase order through the SAP modules until the delivery is booked
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background:

- Experience in logistics or purchasing (5+ years)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules
- Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations,



and incoterms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset
