Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle fusion Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Mexico Payroll. The adecuado candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle fusion Payroll, experience with payroll implementations, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead or support Payroll implementations for Mexico.
· Configure and maintain payroll elements, calculations,
balances, and payroll processes.
· Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Payroll solutions.
· Support payroll integrations, data migration, testing, and validation.
· Participate in parallel payroll runs, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
· Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accurate payroll processing.
· Collaborate with HR, payroll, technical, and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR and Absence Management.
· Knowledge of payroll integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, and reporting.
· Experience working on full-cycle implementations.
