- Day 30 You learn the platform and join client visits.
- Day 60 You run a complete study with a client.

- Experience doing research with people.
- You listen without steering the answer.
- You synthesize into a few useful ideas.
- You move comfortably around industrial sites. Nice to have
- Psychology, anthropology or design.
- Data analysis.
