the opportunity

join our client as a strategy analyst in its mexico city office. You will work on high-impact engagements covering corporate and business strategy, due diligence, investment decisions, and m&a.;

- you will solve complex business problems through structured, data-driven analysis.
- you will build financial and business models, market sizing, and analytical tools in excel.
- you will research markets, competitors, and industry trends, including expert interviews and survey analysis.
- you will turn analysis into clear insights and help present recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- you will develop deep industry knowledge and grow quickly with increasing responsibility.
- you will contribute to internal initiatives such as recruiting, mentoring, and community projects.
- the role follows a hybrid work model based in mexico city.

what we're looking for
- bachelor's degree in any field (engineering, economics, finance, business, sciences, and others are all welcome).




- 1–2 years of direct experience in consulting, ideally in strategy, transactions, or advisory practices. Consulting experience is a must.
- exposure to clients in traditional industries is a plus.
- fluent english (c1 level or higher), as you will work on international projects.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid case-solving ability.
- advanced excel and power point skills.
- resilience in a fast-paced, demanding environment: high tolerance for stress and frustration, and the ability to take feedback and keep moving.
- energized by variety and new challenges rather than routine.
- curious, open, and collaborative, with a calm, grounded, and approachable personality.
- eager to learn and grow in strategy consulting over the coming years (not currently applying to mba programs).

work authorization requirements
- applicants must be authorized to work in mexico on a full-time basis.
- a valid u. S. visa is strongly preferred for international travel and training.
