key responsibilities

- design and architect robust 5 g radio access networks (ran) solutions.
- plan and oversee the deployment of 5 g sites and equipment, ensuring optimal coverage and capacity.
- configure and optimize ran parameters to enhance network performance, quality of service, and user experience.
- troubleshoot complex network issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
- collaborate with internal teams and external partners on network integration and interoperability testing.
- stay current with 5 g standards, technologies, and industry trends.
- develop technical documentation, including network designs, configuration guidelines, and performance reports.
- participate in capacity planning and network evolution initiatives.




- support the rollout of new features and services on the 5 g network.

requirements
- bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
- significant experience (5+ years) in mobile network engineering, with a strong specialization in 4 g/lte and 5 g ran.
- deep understanding of 5 g nr, radio propagation, antenna technologies, and related protocols.
- experience with network planning and optimization tools.
- proficiency in analyzing network performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
- familiarity with cloud-native architectures and virtualized ran (v ran) concepts is a plus.
- excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
- ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- previous experience in the telecommunications industry is mandatory.
