Join our team and play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence through advanced test engineering solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer III who is passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain test hardware, software, and procedures for electronic circuit board manufacturing.

- Lead and support test engineering activities across ICT, Functional Test (FVT), ESS, and System-Level Test environments.

- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to Test Engineers and Technicians.

- Drive test process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency.

- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure successful product launches.

- Act as the primary technical interface with customers, providing clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues.

- Coordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure optimal tester performance and uptime.

- Analyze test data, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Test Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

- Mandatory experience with Keysight ICT platforms, specifically i3070.

- Experience with ICT, Functional Test, ESS, and System-Level Test methodologies.

- Proven experience in customer-facing technical communication.

- Experience leading technical teams and personnel management.





- Knowledge of test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (required).

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting high-volume electronic manufacturing operations.

- Knowledge of automated test solutions and test software development.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
