Insight Integral is seeking a Head of IT / Senior Engineering Manager for a top automotive financial services client supporting its Mexico business. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role responsible for assessing the current technology landscape and defining the future-state IT strategy across a portfolio of approximately 20-25 applications supporting retail and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in IT, application architecture, and the SDLC while also being able to operate at a strategic and executive level. This individual will partner closely with business, architecture, and engineering teams to identify pain points, assess legacy systems, recommend modernization opportunities, evaluate industry technology products and vendors, and help drive the organization's transition toward GCP and cloud-native architecture. This role is ideal for a technically credible leader who has progressed beyond hands-on development and can connect business strategy, architecture, modernization, and executive-level technology decision-making. Compensation: 95,000 to 100,000 MX Pesos/Month Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- 10+ years of experience within IT with solid understanding of application architecture and the SDLC
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with business, architecture, and engineering teams
- Vendor management experience
