We are looking for an exceptional, systems-minded Real Estate / Mortgage VA based in Latin America to serve as executive right-hand support, lead generation anchor, and workflow optimizer.

In this role, you will perform outbound prospecting calls, overcome objections, schedule qualified appointments, maintain Zoho CRM and Follow Up Boss , create marketing assets in Canva , and leverage AI tools like Claude to streamline systems and refine backend processes.

Responsibilities:

- Provide executive and administrative support, including managing daily tasks, SOPs, and business workflows.
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle inbound leads, follow-ups, appointment setting, and lead conversion.
- Build rapport with prospects, address objections, and follow provided scripts.
- Manage and update Zoho CRM and Follow Up Boss, ensuring accurate records, notes, and lead statuses.
- Track follow-ups, next actions, and lead progress using the client's CRM and ISA dashboard.
- Utilize Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.




- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve backend systems.
- Create and organize Canva-based marketing materials and content.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and marketing templates.
- Ensure marketing materials follow real estate and mortgage approval and disclosure requirements.

Qualifications:

- Latin American VA candidate; Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Previous real estate or mortgage experience
- Comfortable handling outbound calls, prospecting, lead follow-ups, appointment setting, and objection handling.
- Experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Zoho or Follow Up Boss.
- Comfortable using Claude and other AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.
- Canva experience is preferred.
- Ability to use AI tools for developing content ideas, scripts, and marketing plans is a plus.
- Strong technical and computer literacy.
- Experience building efficient systems and streamlining workflows is highly preferred.
