Job Description This Manager will lead a Data Science team of approximately five people while remaining highly hands-on technically. Roughly 30-40% of the role will focus on people leadership, including 1:1s, interviewing, quarterly reviews, career development, capacity planning, stakeholder management, and representing the team within leadership. The remaining 50-60% will focus on hands-on Data Science work, including Machine Learning, LLMs, statistical analysis, model evaluation, NLP, and large-scale data initiatives. This person will help set technical direction while ensuring the team is supported, developing, and successfully delivering against business priorities. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of Data Science experience - Strong core Data Science and Machine Learning foundation - Hands-on Python experience - Strong LLM / Generative AI experience - Strong statistics and model evaluation knowledge - NLP and AI/ML fundamentals - Experience processing and analyzing large datasets - Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership - People leadership including 1:1s, career development, reviews,
