Co-founder, Sales (Mexico City). Equity-only or Commission Role, English required
Beridio is a bootstrapped B2B software company that turns public information into evidence-backed sales and marketing work: who is talking about buying, what to say to them, and where to run the campaign, each with its source. We are launching our closed beta on 9 November 2026 and going to production on 16 November 2026, focused on our Sales and Marketing modules.
The product is built. We need the person who sells it.
What you would do
- Own revenue: prospecting, demos, closing, pricing, and what customers tell us to build next.
- Win our first paying customers in Mexico, then the US.
- Build and lead the sales team when revenue allows.
What we are looking for
- You have closed B2B software or services deals with SMBs or mid-market companies, and can show the numbers.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Calls and writing in both are part of the job.
- Comfortable selling a young product, running your own pipeline and working without a playbook.
- A network of sales leaders or business owners in Mexico is a big plus.
The deal
- Option A Co-founder with 10% equity, vesting over 4 years with a 12-month cliff. With a seat on the five-person board. Compensation entirely through commission.
- Option B 15,000MXN + commission.
