As a Procurement Operations Analyst, you will serve as a critical point of contact for procurement operations and supplier support activities. You will work closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and payment-related issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational excellence standards.
Support procurement operations activities including purchase orders, requisitions, supplier onboarding, and transactional processes.
Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and procurement-related issues while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Provide guidance and support to internal customers regarding procurement processes, systems, and policies.
Maintain supplier documentation and support compliance requirements,



ensuring accurate records and data integrity.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and shared services teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Analyze procurement data and operational metrics to identify trends, support reporting activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience supporting procurement, purchasing operations, accounts payable, or shared services processes.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience working with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or PeopleSoft.
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience interacting with suppliers and supporting global procurement operations.
