The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.General ResponsibilitiesLeads multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraintsWork closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativeDevelop and control deadlines, budgets and activitiesApply change, risk and resource managementResolve projects' higher scope issuesAssess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction and team member performanceImplement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achievedMeeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on servicesProducing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycleAnalyzing program riskExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experienceMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization,
