As a Senior Recruiter at JLL Technologies in Mexico, you will play a crucial role in establishing and scaling our Center of Excellence (COE) in Guadalajara. You'll source, attract, and close top talent across engineering, technology, and business support functions for JLL Technologies' Mexico operations. You'll collaborate with AMER and global leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build a robust, localized talent pipeline in Guadalajara. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll have direct access to our leadership team, providing valuable market insights and directly contributing to our talent acquisition strategy for the Mexico COE. Drive offer process while partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams, ensuring competitive compensation aligned with local market standards Create a positive candidate experience as you oversee the recruitment process from outreach to offer to attract and secure niche talent in a competitive COE landscape Maintain a strong professional network in the Guadalajara tech ecosystem, keeping on top of market trends to position JLLT as an employer of choice Understand and action on recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, etc.) 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, including hands-on experience recruiting for Software, Cloud and Data Engineers, AI,
