About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Asesor de Servicio al Cliente y Ventas to join their team in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas . This dual role requires individuals who can provide outstanding customer service while also identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, guiding them through product information, addressing their needs, and ultimately closing sales. We seek enthusiastic candidates with a passion for both helping people and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore further opportunities.




- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to achieve collective goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, seeking resolutions.

Requirements

- High school diploma required; some college education or sales/service experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Spanish.
- A strong customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet targets.
