Compensation & Benefits

- Base Gross Monthly Salary: $12,000 MXN
- Monthly Gross Bonus: Up to $3,000 MXN
- Total Potential Monthly Gross Income: Up to $15,000 MXN

Work Schedule & Modality

- Workplace Modality: On-site
- Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Working Schedule: 5 days per week with 2 days off (Sunday + 1 weekday off)

Your Role (Key Responsibilities)





- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with navigating online application processes and educate them on products and services.
- Support clients with payment scheduling or account adjustments.
- Manage escalated situations calmly while documenting all client interactions accurately in internal systems.

What You Need (Requirements)

- English Proficiency: Advanced/fluent verbal and written English communication skills (MUST).
- Experience: 6 months of customer service experience required.
- Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Attitude: High energy, creative problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
