Your Contribution

- Support the Accounts Payable team by reviewing invoice queues, validating invoice dates, and following up on issues related to pending invoices.
- Resolve issues associated with aged invoices, including coordinating payment processing, requesting invoice reissuance, or managing invoice rejections when appropriate.
- Provide support in preparing reports, as well as validating and verifying documentation and relevant information required for the process.
- Contribute to the monitoring and control of administrative activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Your Experience & Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- English proficiency is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables.




- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to validate information accurately.
