About the Role

Our client, a multinational technology corporation, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to spearhead Global Remote Initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, general projects, with a strong emphasis on remote team collaboration and enablement. You will be responsible for defining project roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams across different time zones, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies that enhance our remote work capabilities. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key global remote initiatives from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and milestones.
- Manage cross-functional teams distributed across various geographic locations, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment.




- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, and external partners.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Implement and refine best practices for remote project management and team collaboration.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure proper project documentation, closure, and the capture of lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement in remote work processes and tools.

Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, global, and complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading remote, geographically dispersed teams.
