Our client, a reputable accounting firm, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Auxiliar de Contabilidad en Prácticas to join their team in Torreón, Coahuila, MX . You will assist the accounting team with various tasks, including bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions.
- Enter data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
- Help prepare bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Organize and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.




- Help with tax preparation and filing support as needed.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
