We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join the US Delivery Team of a Microsoft Partner that delivers integrated Microsoft Cloud solutions for Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. In this role, you will lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, designing and governing complex Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions that connect people, processes, and data across the Microsoft ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing
• Lead architectural design decisions for complex Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and cross-platform AI implementations following Microsoft Success by Design principles
• Design enterprise-scale solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Architect integration patterns between D365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain Management using Dual-write, Virtual Tables, and custom connectors
• Define solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration architectures for multi-platform environments
• Establish Power Platform governance frameworks, ALM strategies, and Center of Excellence best practices
• Provide architectural guidance on development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, licensing, and change management
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft recommended practices
• Mentor delivery teams on complex customizations, integrations, and performance optimization
• Drive adoption of enterprise architecture standards and reusable solution components
• Oversee solution testing strategies, deployment pipelines, and post-implementation optimization
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts and complex implementations
• Lead architectural discovery sessions and gap analysis with enterprise stakeholders
• Deliver compelling solution demonstrations featuring advanced Power Platform capabilities and AI/Copilot integration




• Support presales activities with technical expertise and solution positioning, translating complex technical architecture into business value propositions
• Collaborate with Microsoft on FastTrack engagements and strategic customer initiatives
• Stay current with the Microsoft roadmap and emerging Power Platform capabilities
• Contribute to IP development, reusable solution accelerators, go-to-market initiatives, and thought leadership activities Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of software consulting experience, with at least 4 years focused on Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Expert-level knowledge of Power Platform architecture, security models, and integration patterns
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations integration scenarios
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
• Proficiency in designing enterprise governance frameworks and ALM strategies
• Proven experience leading technical teams and complex enterprise implementations
• Strong presentation and communication skills with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships
• Ability to facilitate technical design sessions and drive consensus on architectural decisions

• Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert (AB-100), Microsoft's preferred replacement for PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (retired June 30th, 2026)
• Microsoft Certified: Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (AB-410), replacement of PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (retired August 31st, 2026) Preferred Qualifications

• Power Pages enterprise portal development and advanced customization

• Previous experience at Microsoft Gold/Solutions Partner organizations
• Industry expertise in Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Public Sector
• Experience with Microsoft FastTrack, Customer Success, or Partner Technical Specialist roles
• ISV solution development or Microsoft AppSource publishing experience
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and solution selling methodologies
• Background in business process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives
• Track record of building and scaling technical delivery capabilities
