About the Role

Our client, a logistics and supply chain management company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Becario de Soporte de Operaciones to join their team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, MX . Key Responsibilities

- Assist in tracking and managing operational workflows and processes.
- Support data entry and maintenance of operational databases and systems.
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of operations.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations.
- Identify and report any operational issues or bottlenecks.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about operations.
- Must be legally eligible to undertake an internship in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, MX .
