About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
- Support the development and implementation of new business processes and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.




- Contribute to the creation of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Maintain and update project documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Understanding of basic business principles and operations.
- Previous internship or project experience in a business analysis or data-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
