Travel Hack's senior operations manager role is a full-time remote position with Travel Hack Ventures Inc., a Delaware corporation operating a membership-based online travel platform. The senior operations manager role is based remotely in Mexico and pays USD 850 to USD 1,000 per month through a fixed monthly retainer, with discretionary performance bonuses. The work connects vendor coordination, platform administration, quality checks, and written operating controls.

The first six months are probation, and the engagement uses an offer letter, an engagement contract, and an NDA. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central European Time with a one-hour lunch and no weekend work. The position is performed through written-first communication, Asana task management, a weekly Thursday operations huddle, and daily end-of-day reports.

- Employer: Travel Hack Ventures Inc. (Travel Hack)
- Location: Fully remote, Mexico
- Employment type: Full-time, ongoing engagement on a freelance basis

Vendor Research And Platform Administration

The role starts with a map of the vendor landscape and ownership of follow-up threads. Vendor research produces comparison memos that support decisions rather than a simple list of suppliers. The first 90 days require at least two comparison memos that lead to decisions.

Platform administration covers the systems that keep a small travel company operating. The manager handles domain and DNS administration, app store developer accounts, email marketing platforms, and product-launch tasks. Preferred experience includes travel or online travel agency work, email marketing operations, DNS and domain management, app store administration, and product launches.

- Vendor research and comparison memos
- Vendor and partner coordination
- Domain and DNS administration
- App store administration
- Email marketing operations

Travel Hack uses written-first communication for day-to-day work. The manager submits a structured report at the end of each day and uses Asana for task management. The position also includes a weekly Thursday operations huddle with the camera on.

Externally visible deliverables require manager approval. Quality assurance includes site testing, while brand asset management keeps customer-facing materials organized. Contract and hiring administration adds document control to the operating workload, so discretion with sensitive information is a stated qualification.

The First 90 Days

The opening period moves from observation to ownership. The manager maps vendors, takes over open follow-up threads, and records evidence behind operational recommendations. The first 90-day targets also include two vendor comparison memos that result in decisions.

System ownership expands during the same period. Domain administration, app store administration, and email-platform administration become part of the manager's regular workload. Gaps in the operating process require proactive identification, written evidence, and recommendations that can receive approval.

Operations Experience And Working Methods

The employer requires at least four years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive operations at a startup or lean company. Excellent written English, Monday through Friday availability during the stated hours, and the ability to close loops are part of the required profile.

Evidence-based work habits and discretion with sensitive information also appear in the qualifications.

Travel industry experience is preferred but not required. The role also values experience with Asana, research memos, quality assurance, email marketing operations, app store administration, DNS, and domain management. Product-launch experience adds useful preparation for the platform work.

Travel Hack's Launch-Phase Platform

Travel Hack operates a membership-based online travel platform. Members receive private rates on millions of hotels and vacation rentals. The business is in a launch phase and works through a small senior team that includes operators, engineers, and commercial leads.

The role therefore combines recurring administration with work that builds the operating playbook. Vendor comparisons support supplier decisions, system administration keeps core accounts active, and written reports give the senior team a regular record of progress. The manager also handles quality checks before customer-facing work receives approval.

Pay, Leave And Engagement Terms

The monthly retainer ranges from USD 850 to USD 1,000 according to experience. Performance bonuses are discretionary, and the engagement uses monthly invoicing. The first six months are probation, followed by the terms in the offer letter, engagement contract, and NDA.

The leave allowance is 20 earned days per year plus eight national holidays in the country of residence. The role remains remote throughout the Monday to Friday schedule. No weekend hours are listed for the engagement.

The successful manager enters a small launch-phase team with responsibility across vendors, systems, records, and quality checks. A person who can turn research into decisions, maintain operating accounts, document progress, and protect sensitive information matches the stated working method.
