The OpportunityWe're searching for a Full-Stack Developer who is not only interested in writing code but also in researching, experimenting, solving problems, and building a product alongside the founding team. We don't expect someone to have every answer. We want someone who is curious enough to find them. Someone who enjoys exploring new technologies, comparing approaches, questioning assumptions, and turning research into practical solutions. You'll work closely with the founding team, contribute to technical and product discussions, and help determine how WEAVER evolves. This opportunity is particularly suited to someone who enjoys entrepreneurship, collaborative problem-solving, and taking initiative in an environment where there is still plenty to discover and build.

What You'll Do
Product Development & Engineering
• Review, understand, and improve our existing codebase.
• Develop and maintain frontend and backend functionality.
• Help design secure, modular, and scalable SaaS architecture.
• Build APIs, databases, integrations, and authentication systems.
• Support the development of our MVP and future product iterations. Research & Experimentation
• Research emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI applications relevant to WEAVER.
• Explore machine learning approaches for organizational intelligence, employee matching, and recommendations.
• Evaluate technical alternatives based on performance, scalability, security, cost, and feasibility.
• Build prototypes and conduct experiments to validate ideas.
• Stay informed about developments in AI, software engineering, and enterprise technology.




• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for the team. Team Collaboration
• Work directly with the founding team on product strategy and technical priorities.
• Participate in brainstorming, research discussions, and product planning.
• Share ideas, challenge assumptions constructively, and contribute to decisions.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and discoveries consistently.
• Help establish realistic development milestones and collaborative workflows.
• Document technical decisions and share knowledge with the team. Technical BackgroundWe're particularly interested in experience with:

Compensation TransparencyWEAVER is currently in its early development stage and does not have an established salary budget for this position. This opportunity is therefore initially structured as an unpaid, voluntary collaboration. For an exceptional candidate whose experience and expected contribution justify it, we are open to discussing a paid arrangement before work begins. Any future equity, compensation, ownership rights, or leadership title would require a separate written agreement. None is automatically granted through participation in the selection process. Collaboration agreement If there's mutual interest, we'll define responsibilities, milestones, availability, confidentiality, intellectual property, and any negotiated compensation or equity terms before work begins.
