We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Entertainment Manager to lead our entertainment and recreation operations, delivering exceptional experiences that reflect the unique spirit and standards of the SLS brand. The Role The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, leading, and overseeing all hotel entertainment and recreational activities, ensuring innovative, engaging, safe, and high-quality experiences for guests of all ages. This role plays a key part in enhancing guest satisfaction, driving engagement, strengthening brand positioning, and creating memorable experiences throughout the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement engaging daytime and evening entertainment programs for families, children, teenagers, and adults.
• Oversee the daily operation of recreational areas, kids' clubs, special activities, live entertainment, and themed events.
• Develop entertainment calendars, special events, shows, and unique guest experiences aligned with the SLS brand identity.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the entertainment team, ensuring high performance and consistent service standards.




• Coordinate external artists, performers, entertainment providers, and special event logistics.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, operational procedures, safety regulations, and emergency protocols.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and operational KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Human Resources, and Security to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Identify new entertainment trends and develop creative concepts that enhance guest engagement and differentiate the hotel. Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Recreation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in entertainment or recreation management, preferably within luxury hotels, upscale resorts, or international hospitality brands.
• Previous experience leading and managing multicultural teams.
• Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale events, live shows, themed entertainment, and guest engagement activities.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, vendors, external performers, and operational resources.
• Strong knowledge of recreational safety standards, risk management, and guest service excellence.
• Experience working in an international hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
